🌟 Crayola Creativity Week

Hi Reader,

I hope you're doing well and wanted to invite you to participate in something I am super excited about. If your students love art, imagination, and hands-on learning, you won’t want to miss Crayola Creativity Week! This free, weeklong event runs from January 26-February 1 and celebrates creativity in classrooms all around the world. It’s going to be such a fun way to connect your students to global learning.

Last year, classrooms from 122 countries participated! Imagine your students knowing that kids across the globe are creating right alongside them. It’s the perfect chance to spark conversations about culture, geography, and how creativity connects us all. I know my students will be so excited to know kids around the world are doing the same things they are doing.

After you sign up, you’ll receive free lesson plans, video resources, printable activities, and daily creative challenges featuring well-known artists, authors, Olympic athletes, and educators. Everything is designed to fit easily into your schedule. There is no extra prep, just a lot of fun and inspiration! There will also be giveaways throughout the week too.

✨ Ready to join in? Sign up using my special link here: Crayola Creativity Week.

Will you have your class participate? Let me know!

Keep inspiring and have a wonderful week!

They open the door to conversations about European...

This week, I am spotlighting Quebec, Canada, to introduce students to our neighbor to the north while celebrating culture, language, food, and winter traditions. 🌎 Teaching About Our U.S. Neighbor Canada is the second-largest country in the world and shares the longest international border with the United States. Many students do not realize just how closely connected our countries are through...

Hi Reader, This week’s classroom journey takes us to one of the most breathtaking places on Earth: Santorini. Known for its white-washed buildings, iconic blue-domed churches, and sunsets that look straight out of a painting, Santorini is a magical destination to bring into your classroom. Welcome to Santorini 🏝️ Where Even the Land Tells a Story Santorini wasn’t always shaped like a crescent. Thousands of years ago, a massive volcanic eruption caused the center of the island to collapse,...
