✏️Writing Postcards Home

Hi Reader,

It's no secret I love teaching kids about the world. I've been wanting to incorporate a bit more writing with my Passport Adventure lessons, so I am very excited to share with you today: Passport Adventures: Postcards

Students can now write postcards to a friend or family member, telling them what they learned about during our Passport Adventure lesson. There are 18 different locations. Here is one of the postcards:

These postcards can be printed double sided. Put them up on display to show where your students are learning about or have the students take them home that day.

These are now available in my TPT shop, but I want to give them away to the first three teachers who respond to this email. I *might* give them away to more than three teachers, so respond to this email for a chance to receive them.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Reader, This week I am going to let one of my students take over teaching. Why? Her eyes lit up when I told the class last week we were heading to Haiti...the class has been waiting all year for this day! 🤔So how I am going to have a 6 year old...

Hi Reader, It's hard to believe, but here we are, just a few weeks from the finish line. You've taught lessons, wiped tears, tied shoes, cheered kids on, and probably answered a thousand questions a day. You've shown up, even on the hardest mornings. And you've created a space where your students feel safe, seen, and inspired. That's not small. That's magic. These final weeks can feel long and emotional- full of energy, excitement, and exhaustion. But they're also a time of celebration,...

Hi Reader, Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! I hope you feel appreciated every day as an educator, but this week especially. 💕 Ople: The New Teacher App I'm excited to share about a new mobile app I recently came across that is made for teachers. Ople is designed to connect educators so they can share what works in their classrooms. It was first released in October 2024, is currently available in North America, and will be available worldwide soon. Ople is similiar to Instagram and TikTok...
